REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration is a first come,
first served basis and advance payment is required. Minimum
and maximum numbers of participants have been established
for each class. If enrollment is insufficient, the activity
will be cancelled and money refunded. Participants may
cancel within 48 hours (2 workdays) before the start of
class and receive a refund less $10 non-refundable
withdrawal fee. To cancel, call (770) 832-1161.
The Recreation Department is
not responsible for injury incurred while participating in
any of its activities. Enrollment age for each class is
included with a description of the class. Participants are
not permitted to bring children with them to a class.
Cancellations: Classes
postponed or not held by the instructor in charge,
due to emergencies, holidays, and missed by students will
not be made up.

our updated program registration process.
There are
now four ways to register.

In order to use EZ-REG Web
or EZ-REG Phone, you will need personal access codes. These
codes include a Family Account PIN and individual Client
Codes for each house-hold member. You will need these
account codes each time you plan to register. If you are a
new client, complete a Registration Form and return so we
can create an account for you. This form is available at the
office on 118 S. White Street, may be downloaded at
www.cprcad.org or sent upon request by calling
(770)832-1161.
Current participants may
call (770) 832-1161 or drop by 118 S. White Street to get
their personal access codes. Even if you do not use EZ-REG
Web to register and pay for classes, you can view your
household's account balances, current registrations, and
past transactions for all clients in that account. Both
electronic systems are secure and allow you to register 24
hours a day from our home or office.
EZ-REG WALK-IN
First time participants must fill out a
Registration Form like the one in this book. Visit our
offices at 118 S. White Street * Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to
5 p.m. Business Phone (770) 832-1161 Payment may be made
by personal check, money order, VISA/MasterCard.
EX-REG MAIL-IN
Fill out and sign registration form. Payment
may be made by personal check, money order,

EZ-REG WEB
www.cprcad.org, allows you to register for classes, check
class availability, view your account information, or make
payments 24 hours a day. Some classes are not available for
registration using this system. Please read program
descriptions carefully. You must enter payment to confirm
registration.

EZ-REG PHONE allows
you to register and pay for classes 24 hours a day using an
automated service and your touch-tone phone. Some classes
are not available for registration using this system. Please
read program descriptions carefully. Payment must be made at
the time of the call for your registration to be complete.
