2010 Children's Art Camps are Going Green with Celebrate eARTh Art Camps for ages 7 to 15. $50 for each one week camp. Includes all supplies. Participants should bring a sack lunch each day. Participants will be divided into 4 age groups and rotate to 4 different outstanding Art instructors. A Parent show and reception will be held on the last day of each camp from 1:30-2:00 p.m. We welcome recyclable donations. Check with staff for list of recyclables we will be collecting. First Start Art Camps for ages 4-6, 10:00 a.m.-12:00 noon at the Carrollton Cultural Arts Center in Classrooms #2 and #3. A Parent Art Show and reception will be held the last day of camp from noon to 12:30 p.m. Camp 1: June 7-11, Camp 2: July 19-23, Camp 3: July 26-30. Fee: $35 per camp, includes supplies. Playground Art Camps for ages 5-12, 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. Free drop in art class. Parent assistance is appreciated. Melanie Drew, instructor. Classes move to the Cultural Arts Center if it rains. Primary Theatre Camps for ages 4-6, Fee: $35 per child. Parents provide costuming. Children must be at all ten rehearsals and may sign up for one camp in June and/or one camp in July. Directed by Melissa Stamps, Leslie Lewis, Marcella Correa, and Penny Lewis. Performance on Friday, last day of camp at 7:00 p.m. in the Carrollton Cultural Arts Center Danny MabryTheatre. Camp 4: 9 a.m.-10:00 a.m. -Sleeping Beauty
Camp 5: 10:15 a.m.-11:15 a.m. - Big Kahuna and the Volcano
Camp 6: 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. - Pirates of the Carrollbean
Children's Theatre Camps for ages 7-12, 2 -5 p.m. Rehearsals are M-F in each two week camp. Fee: $50 per child. (Camps I and II will present the same play. Children should only register for one camp in June, but may also sign up for Children's Theatre in July). Parents provide costuming. Jenny Lyle, Director. Children must be at all ten rehearsals. Saturday morning rehearsal may be scheduled on show day. Performance on Saturday, following last day of camp at 7:00 p.m. in the Carrollton Cultural Arts Center Danny MabryTheatre. Camp 1: Alice In Wonderland (play) June 1-11 (performance on June 12) Rehearsals are 2-5:00 pm, Tuesday, June 1- June 8 and 1 -5:00 p.m. June 9-11). Please note the extended times on the last 3 days of rehearsal for this camp. This will make up for camp not starting on Monday.

Camp 3: Seusical Junior, a Broadway Junior musical theatre production. July 5-16. (performance on July 17) Rehearsals are 2-5:00 pm
